hey all!
match against AC today. it was kinda like the first time i saw so many supporters la. haha. anyway, thanks to all supporters. =)
we may have lost, but there was much that we have gained as well. the game unified us. like seriously a lot. if there was anything that comforted me, it was how the team supported each other, how we didn't get too emotional on court, and how we fought hard in the last 5 mins. so i guess it wasnt that bad after all. i mean like, how many teams actually have everyone saying what they honestly feel to one another.
and im really glad aver could play today. thankful. and for the weather too. it wasnt as bad as i thought. i have learnt a lot for the past few weeks or so.
to be thankful for what we have, not to take things for granted. to not let setbacks (big or small) affect us from achieving what we can, but to make us even stronger and determined. many things are beyond our control, but what we can do is to make full use of what we have. for the past weeks we learnt so much, mental and skills-wise. let's put them to good use this season, 'cause it was hell lots of time, effort and sweat that we put in, and probably the last time we get to play esp for the j2s. we just wanna make the hardwork worthwhile.
just last night, i was really convinced that, besides the team, no one can really understand how we feel, or why we feel the way we do. you dont help by saying stuff like 'just dont think about it', it's not about that. after all the trainings that we've gone through, im sure each and everyone of us feel the same way, at least we know that we're not alone. =) im sure that's what keeps us going! so fight on!
